I am a pretty large woman and have had 3 babies in the last 3 years. I am extremely self concious of my sagging baby belly and this product does help with that! It's not a miracle worker, you don't look like you've necessarily lost weight, but it does help make everything look a little firmer. I wear this a lot under shirt that are made of more clingy fabrics as the roll situation is a little less embarassing with it on. I would recommend it if your just looking for light support, but if you want to bring in the tummy area a bit this is not your product!

Flexees has hit the spot with this waist nipper, I have an old lower back injury that acts up every once in a while. This nipper does a great job of giving back support. It is very well made and gives firm control. Some have said it has a rolling up problem, I believe they are trying to wear it too low on their bodies, as I have no rolling problems with it. I have found the easiest way to put it on properly is to get the first few lower hooks in place, then sit and adjust the nipper up or down as necessary, finally finish hooking. Once on it does not move or creep up or down and is comfortable to wear all day. For the Ladies, the top of the nipper should meet your bra band. Again this is a very good product and even gave me some curves I didn't know I had!
